General Terms and Conditions for using the Anonymous Deals.net online platform
1. Introductory Provisions
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to and regulate the legal relations between the use of the anonymous and decentralized online environment designated as Anonymous Deals.net (hereinafter "Platform") and users of this platform (hereinafter "User" or "Users").
1.2 The Anonymous Deals.net Platform (hereinafter "Platform") serves exclusively as an environment for anonymous publication of offers and demands for goods and services between Users. The Platform is not a contracting party to any transaction between Users.
2. Registration and Use of Platform
2.1 By using the Platform, the User expresses agreement with these Terms.
2.2 The User acknowledges that all information they publish on the Platform is done voluntarily and at their own responsibility.
2.3 The User is obliged to comply with all legal regulations of the state in which they are located, especially criminal law, civil law and consumer protection regulations.
3. Platform Position
3.1 The Platform is exclusively a technical tool enabling anonymous publication of information, offers and demands between Users.
3.2 The Platform provides only technical environment for mutual connection of Users' published offers and demands.
3.3 The Platform is not managed by any identifiable legal or natural person in the sense of classic business practices.
3.4 The Platform is not a seller, buyer, supplier, intermediary, guarantee or guarantor of any goods or services offered or demanded on the Platform.
3.5 The Platform does not enter into communication between Users regarding content, price, delivery, complaints or any other aspects of transactions.
4. Responsibility
4.1 The User acknowledges that all content, offers, demands, products or services are exclusively the responsibility of the User who published them.
4.2 No one who ensures the technical functioning of the Platform (Operating layer), nor the Platform as such, is and cannot be responsible for:
- truthfulness, completeness or legality of published content
- quality, safety or functionality of offered products and services
- fulfillment of contractual obligations between Users
- occurrence of any damage, harm or loss caused by transactions between Users
4.3 The Platform provides no guarantees regarding the functioning of the Platform or uninterrupted access to it.
5. Disclaimer of Responsibility for Content, Services and Transactions
5.1 The Platform is provided "as is". The Platform provides no express or implied warranties.
5.2 The Platform fully disclaims responsibility for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profit, missed opportunities or other consequences arising in connection with the use of the Platform or content published by Users.
5.3 Content created by users:
5.3.1 All content published in the Platform environment is the exclusive responsibility of the user who submitted it.
5.3.2 The Platform does not verify, examine or approve the truthfulness, quality, legality, availability or suitability of published content.
5.3.3 The Platform bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages, harm or losses arising as a result of published content.
6. User Rights and Obligations
6.1 The User undertakes not to misuse the Platform for activities that would be in conflict with legal regulations, good morals or would threaten the security of other Users.
6.2 The Platform reserves the right to remove content that is in conflict with these Terms or with legal regulations, if technical conditions allow it.
7. Anonymity
7.1 The Platform is designed so that Users' identity is not and cannot be tracked.
7.2 Content published by Users is not monitored, controlled or retrospectively evaluated.
7.3 Anonymity is a fundamental characteristic of the Platform and its use means consent to this state.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 The Platform is entitled to unilaterally change these Terms at any time.
8.2 Changes are effective from the moment of their publication on the Platform.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 The Platform has no fixed jurisdiction, as there is no central subject that would be identifiable as the Operator.
9.2 The User acknowledges that all disputes arising from the use of the Platform may be unenforceable due to its anonymous and decentralized nature.
10. Final Provisions
10.1 These Terms form a binding framework for all Platform Users.
10.2 By entering and using the Platform, the User confirms that they are aware of the absence of any central responsibility, management or supervision.
10.3 If some provision of these Terms proves to be invalid or ineffective, this will not affect the validity of other provisions.
10.4 These Terms become effective on the date of their publication on the Platform.
